Tom Brady says his career turned around when a sports psychologist told him to stop complaining about what he wasn’t getting and start stewarding what he had the right way “Greg said to me, ‘Why don’t you quit bitching about all the things you’re not getting, and how about you do the best with whatever opportunities you get?’, ‘Stop worrying about what the other quarterback’s getting. Stop worrying about what the coach is saying to you.’” “‘Every time you get in there, you bring the juice. You bring the energy. You bring the enthusiasm. You treat practice like a game.’ Because if you just decide to go out there and you’re blaming everybody else, where does that get you? So I started to change my attitude.” “I didn’t have a lot of confidence in myself. And when you don’t have a lot of confidence in yourself, you blame other people. “My Fellow Jews: Leave These Countries. Immediately.” The time is up for Jews in certain countries. If your government blamed Israel for Palestinians committing genocide against Jews and Israelis on October 7th, you do not live in a country that will allow you to live as a Jew. They hate you. They hate you for your religion. They hate you for your ethnicity. They hate you for who you are. They hate you for being Jewish. Whether or not you practice Judaism, they hate you for being Jewish. Good Jews. Bad Jews. Assimilated Jews. Religious Jews. They hate you for being Jewish. Leave. Leave now. Protect yourselves. Protect your families. Protect your communities. If you’re in Australia — leave now. If you’re in Spain — leave now. If you’re in France — leave now. If you’re in any country that does not allow you to defend yourself, leave now. Things aren’t great in America… but the Second Amendment is. It is the promissory note that says: “The government may turn sideways on you, but you can always protect yourself.” That’s America. The 1 Drill To Meet All Your Rebounding Needs Some coaches don't believe in doing rebounding drills. They believe they can emphasize rebounding in everything they do without isolating it. I love that in theory. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked that well for me in reality. Coaches like Tom Izzo and Kelvin Sampson seem to agree. Michigan State and Houston are known for being 2 of the best rebounding teams in the country. I don't think it's a coincidence that they prioritize practicing rebounding. If you want your team to be elite on the boards, you must drill it in practice. Here's a versatile and game-like drill from 3v3 Drills For Offense & Defense with Coach Nick LoGalbo that will help your team dominate the glass. Setup: -Position 3 players around the perimeter -3 defensive players are in the paint Instructions: 1. The coach begins by throwing the ball to an offensive player. 2. All of the defenders close out. 3. The player who receives the pass shoots immediately. 4. The defenders must box out and grab the rebound. 5. Play is live until the ball is scored. The rebounding team does not have to take the ball out. Thus, if the defense does a good job boxing out and gathers the rebound close to the rim, they can immediately shoot. This continues until a basket is scored. 6. Each basket is worth 1 point. Play to 5.

Nick Saban walked up to the interview podium after practice one day. “Okay, y’all ready for a lecture?” he asked. What followed was a powerful lesson on entitlement and doing your best. Saban on the Importance of Nothing: “Let’s talk about the importance of nothing. You get up every day, you’re entitled to nothing. Nobody owes you nothing. “You have talent, but if you don’t have discipline, you don’t execute, you don’t focus, what do you get? Nothing. “If you’re complacent and not paying attention to detail, what does that get you? Nothing. “So, nothing is acceptable but your best. “Everything is determined by what you do and trying to be your best. There should be nothing else but that, for everybody. “That’s what we need to stay focused on. We need to not accept anything but our best in terms of what we’re doing in preparation.” – It’s a simple, but profound message. Some key takeaways: 1. Entitlement is a disease. It stunts growth and erodes culture. 2. Success has a one-day life cycle. Yesterday doesn’t dictate today. 3. Nobody is owed anything. When your feet hit the floor in the morning, it’s on you. 4.
