It’s basic governance. If everything is legitimate, oversight will prove it. I already investigated 4 random ones that are in Washington state. One in Kent, one in Renton, one in Seattle, one in Federal Way. I looked them up on Google maps and saw the street views as well as census records of who lived there. None of them were legit.

Who exactly is issuing the Daycare licensing and who is carrying their bonds and insurance? The fire Department also has to issue quarterly a fire inspection on the buildings. Those people need to be investigated. . .

Why are daycare centers being funded by the state! I would think it is a weekly or monthly fee for the families to keep their children at the center!

They are covering their tracts right now. The only way you’ll find it now is in the state audits and ffata reportings. Forms ACF- 696. In 2024, Minnesota had not filed since 2020.
