We will receive and send exam results to your uni choices so that they are able to make thier final decisions and update your application, however you will still need to collect your results from your school or college as we do not provide these on your UCAS application. It would be really helpful if you could provide screenshots of what we might see in UCAS hub first all the 6 different options you have outlined, so we know what to expect from the communications. Is this available anywhere?
