Supreme Court ke CJI honge but with all due respect wo bhi toh ek insan hai and bias hona jayaz hai in logon ka But at what cost? There must be a bench of experts a who can scrutinise each and every order passed by Supreme Court it will be helpful to restorer faith in judiciary

As we have been talking about specifically three issues, one is Section 3C which is talking about caste discrimination and in that particular section, the general caste has been excluded and all other castes have been included. So, this particular section has been sending a message that SC, ST and OBC has been discriminated against by the general caste. This was our argument before the CJI and he appreciated our argument and especially stated that what we are saying is correct and if such sections are there, it will definitely be very harsh and discriminatory for the general caste and this should be amended. The other part is in respect of the equity committee which is formed under Section 18 of these new UGC sections.
