People who don't want to tread the undemocratic path to a situatiom where 16% of the population have a veto as well as a 50% of the vote around every committee only by virtue of their race are not "anti-Maori" but rather pro- fair representative democracy.

If you don’t take people with you there’s an inevitable backlash. Labour have introduced he puapua without electoral mandate or due process, this should have been subject to a referendum and introduced with full accompanying information.

Hey, they're right. My family is from Taranaki and most of the aunties don't even bother with the $1.50 they get each month or whatever the hell it is. Then they want to renovate the Marae and are asking us all to donate. God only knows who is taking all the money
