#WATCH | Delhi: On AIIMS–ICMR research study on sudden deaths among young adults, Dr Sudheer Arava, Professor at AIIMS, New Delhi, says, "...Our initial study has shown that there is no such role of the COVID vaccine and complications related to sudden deaths, especially in young adults...There aren't many studies on why deaths are occurring in young people. There are studies in the West, but there aren't any significant studies in India. We tried to look into this. We have documented this in this paper... With this study, we want to say that these deaths are not COVID-related. So it could be due to work style and habits. Many young adults have alcohol and smoking habits. This is directly known to cause coronary artery disease, so lifestyle modifications should be made..."
