We can’t use budget reconciliation to pass the SAVE America Act because (1) it’s unavoidably non-budgetary, (2) the parliamentarian will deem it as such, and (3) the Senate GOP won’t overrule her. Suggesting otherwise undermines our central message: that when the Senate reconvenes, we *must* keep it on the Senate floor until it passes. Don’t fall for—or feed—the distraction!
