How long have we heard about kids coming out of college with no hard skills? They grew up with influencers showing them cushy tech jobs that don’t do anything. The system did these kids a dirty and as we move away from DEI and towards merit based hiring, this will get worse.

I don’t understand how no one is bringing up the strong possibility that the majority of these resume companies are just getting rich off the information with no intention of finding people jobs. This has been pretty obvious for over a decade.
