The government intends to use the camp to accommodate up to 500 people. The Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood told Channel 4 News it's a vital step in delivering on the government's promise to stop using hotels to house asylum seekers. Yesterday three people were arrested for disorder outside the camp.

One resident of the hotel has been jailed for rape of a child, another has been charged with performing sexual acts from the hotel window, and 3 others have been reported for sexual assault. A hundred local residents peacefully protested outside the hotel, across from masked non-residents of Falkirk who had arrived by train to protest for more bogus asylum seekers. Only Reform UK Scotland are listening to the people and have a plan to end this madness.
