It was an honour to have the Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis Sir Ephraim Mirvis in Liverpool today as he unveiled a plaque in the Metquarter, marking the location of the city's first Synagogue. The unveiling was attended by Cllr Liam Robinson, the Lord Mayor Richard Kemp CBE, and Steve Rotheram.
