Save your old used engine oil rig up a pump to push through a fuel filter ( I use the old filter off my cat engine from when I service it) put 4 gallons in a bucket top off with one gallon of diesel your old power stroke will love it or any non emission diesel I'm guessing not the Kabota

Diesel is easy to make small scale. Transportation companies on the other hand may be screwed.
