He needs a different place but unfortunately I don't think his football IQ will allow him to be great

The problem was hiring a terrible head coach. grifting as a “QB Guru” If he leaves he will absolutely be another instance of someone playing their best football after leaving Tennessee

The Titans front office has set him up to fail just like every QB the Titans draft. Chad Brinker, Ran Carthon, Burke Nihill, Brian Callahan all need to go. This organization does not know how to develop players much less QB’s. The problem is the front office always has been.
