Attorney confirms that Tyler’s defense would’ve brought up all the alternative theories at the preliminary hearing if there was any merit to them. “The mom and dad are going to testify, that sheriffs deputy is going to testify, Twiggs is going to testify about the admissions that Tyler Robinson made to them.
