There is a very Science based reason why I lived on these crossface extensions as a teenager. There was a guy named Loslo at my gym who had a huge Bench and massive triceps and he did these all the time so I just copied all the shit he did.

i always did these too, but I also did 3 standing variations. Front of the head, back of the head, then straight up and down. 30 reps each arm, every set.

No, I’m reaching around with finger tips touching the long head of the tricep for better connection. Feeling it stretch and contract. Little trick that enhances that mind muscle connection is just light touch in muscle you’re trying to torch.

Copying a guy with huge triceps isn't science, it's modeling. The science would tell you whether crossface extensions actually load the long head better. What mechanism convinced you?

Tell me this is a good zone….. My guy had no shot today. This is a good hitter. This is the guy who was ALL OVER the place today. This was a normal at bat for us. The two still pictures are two different pitches one strike one ball. This was every at bat and I never once showed this guy up until he engaged me… Then he got a lesson in etiquette. This young man was handwashing his car since there was no line here. He does it all the time. The cars we see are for the automatic car wash. Anyways he already paid once and got water in the bucket so he could hand wash, after he did that he was preparing to put more money in so he could rinse. An employee comes up and takes the money out of his hand and pushes him and tells him to leave. Claiming Hess making others wait yet we see nobody there waiting. Would you have left too? The cops came and heard him out but since the employee wanted him to never come back, he was asked to respect that. I used to do this all the time especially when traveling. Sometimes I like doing it in the winter because of all the salt and such, I don’t want it damaging my paint. One time I decided to do this at about 2 in the morning on the way to the gym. Obviously there was nobody there and there is usually an officer parked in the parking lot because there used to be reports of people parking back there in the dark sleeping and doing other stuff. I was in the middle of my hand wash when a homeless man literally climbed from behind the dumpster nearby and asked why I was being noisy. I told him I was only washing my car and I was allowed to as it was a 24 hr spot and h paid after all. He started being unreasonable and I flagged the officer behind me, it took him about 30 seconds to notice and he pulled up and I explained what was going on. He said he figured that’s what I was doing since he often saw me doing it before. He did tell the homeless man to leave, and he did without incident. I was able to finish rinsing and drying my car and I left. I don’t live in a bad area, so I don’t feel unsafe doing this, have you ever had an issue washing the car at night? Night time is so much better, quieter and less busy.
