There is absolutely no way Keir Starmer doesn't know that a fixed penalty notice is NOT a conviction. He deliberately misled the House and breached the ministerial code. This is incredibly serious. He should resign. #PMQs

A more accomplished Leader of the Opposition would have picked him up on it, too.

Wonder Starmer will have a 'conviction' if found guilty of this..

As a former Director of Public prosecutions I find it extremely worrying. What else doesn’t he understand? The entirety of the United Kingdom it seems to me

I have 3 points on my driving license for going 33 in a 30 mph zone (I was focusing on the road more than the speedometer at the time). I guess I’m now a convict. 🤡🌎

And @RachelReevesMP should be censured for repeatedly claiming there was a £22bn black hole. Her dept were unable to respond to a FOI request to explain where this hole was. Obviously they were going to be unable to as it’s a blatant lie.

Absolutely but MSM and the blob don’t want to remove him so it will just silently slide under the carpet as with all Labour misdemeanours.

Never mind the house misled the whole fkn country!

Starmer will not apologise he thinks his above everyone, he should be sacked.

Nothing will happen...zero zilch nowt. You know it I know it. We ALL know it...Bloody depressing 😞

A simple correction of the record would be more than adequate. Calling for someone’s resignation for every perceived error just makes you look ridiculous.
