There is absolutely nothing that Attack on Titan does a better job than One Piece. Everything is either in the same tier or OP does a better job. Anyway, watch/read One Piece ❤️

AOT does morally grey characters better it does pacing better and has better plot twists and foreshadowing than OP Not just that the stakes feel more impactful and real than OP because characters actually die instead somehow being asspulled back to life

The only thing AOT does better is its depiction of gore, and the mc turns bad so the emos like to relate to it. But OP based on how it ends could establish itself in a completely different tier of its own

2 different stories but if we’re comparing, AoT’s take on racism/oppression (with all its nuances) is more realistic, AoT’s take on freedom is better and more thought provoking. Better characters overall. Personally have AoT over OP but they’re both in my top ten

Im not an AoT Fan but the AoT Anime actually improves the Source material while the OP Anime butchers it. There are some rare good episodes but thats just a cherry on a huge cake of garbage. The OP manga is indeed better than AoT Anime or manga.

Pacing but otherwise yea op is better but the pacing is huge deal, whole aot is half of wano timewise than you have about 1050 episodes more to go and all ot them are empty from like 80 to 90% of the time just so anime doesnt catch up to manga…

In terms of the anime, aot does pacing far far far far far better. It doesn’t beat it in terms of the manga tho

I love/hate OP for so many mixed reasons & when it comes to being "on the record", u can't just say things like "world building is better" when that building takes a thousand times longer to get through and you could trim HALF of it w/out loosing the story. (I.e. the Live-action)
