If you guessed that Toronto Police cautioned my videographer for breach of the peace, you’d be correct— not correct at law or in principle, of course, but correct in your estimation of police. My videographer has a documented track record of capturing significant protest moments on video, including eight arrests from the same Antifa network at the last major counterprotest. Yet he was continually chased and harassed at Nathan Phillips Square, with zero police intervention. So far she has participated in and/or organized the: ✅ disruption at Chrystia Freeland’s leadership campaign launch; ✅ demonstration outside MP Bill Blair’s (maybe) home; ✅ protest at Boiler Room rave; ✅ sit-in at the Globe and Mail; ✅ distribution of hot food with no hand-washing station at City Hall; ✅ obscenity-laden concert within earshot of public skating rink; and ✅ disruption at municipal budget meeting. It is reasonable to question whether this sacred fire outside the courthouse is, in fact, a pretence to provoke confrontation with local authorities. Last year, Gisela organized a dance party outside Toronto Police Headquarters that resulted in two arrests, including an Indigenous woman hyped up to the point of allegedly assaulting police (and sustaining injuries herself, including to her eyes). This is the consequence of saying “It is illegal to go to war against the cartel” when you say that, the people are sick and tired of the exacerbated violence and cartel activity around the country. We were in the front lines, the whole time, and I can tell you, of course, like every protest they were infiltrated individuals, but a lot of these young kids they were yelling that they do not want to live in a narco government. And that they are sick and tired of a narco president. Those were their claims every single moment of this protest. Tear gas was shot multiple times, And small explosives were thrown by the police officials to the population, also this shows the lack of preparation and complete intolerance of the police officers as they took the decision to confront the population with rocks, throwing them to vulnerable citizens, who were there only to manifest their selves. A complete disgraceful attitude by police officials, and also by some infiltrated individuals. But this shows inevitably the exasperation of the population that is sick and tired of being governed by individuals, who are not willing to protect the people, and instead they protect the organized crime.

Two-tiered policing on display in Toronto as Jews harassed and restaurant owner targeted Welcome to Hogtown. Open an “illicit” restaurant and you’ll be charged for the policing costs. Chant genocide against Jews, law enforcement is “on the house.” Recently, former Toronto restaurateur Adam Skelly was in court to launch a constitutional challenge against the City of Toronto and the Province of Ontario. Sadly, he was not successful. By way of background, during the hellacious Covid-19 days, Skelly had the utter temerity to open his fabulous restaurant, Adamson Barbecue in west-end Toronto. His customers rejoiced, for Skelly was serving up the very best barbecue in Toronto. Not amused were the politicians. And law enforcement. And the nattering nabobs of negativity who comprise the rank-and-file of the mainstream media. The end-result: the city literally sent in all the king’s horses and all the king’s men: the Toronto Police — including its mounted unit — brutally shut down Adamson Barbecue in November 2020. Skelly was arrested. He was placed in handcuffs. He was jailed. He was forced into bankruptcy. All for no valid reason. Indeed, less than half a kilometre away from Adamson Barbecue was a Costco superstore. It remained fully open — including its foodservice facility! But never mind… To add insult to injury, Skelly was sent an invoice from the City of Toronto billing him for $187,000! The city said that was the cost that it had incurred for policing during the three-day span Skelly had opened his eatery. Yet is that the new normal? Those staging a demonstration now get billed for law enforcement costs? If so, when are the organizers of the hateful pro-Hamas demonstrations going to get their invoice? Indeed, at last Sunday’s Bathurst/Sheppard protest, at nearby Earl Bales Park, the Toronto Mounted Unit was on standby. Of note, in 2024 alone, the city estimates that $19.5 million was spent on exclusively policing the pro-Hamas/anti-Jew rallies. This total included $8 million in “premium pay" (a.k.a., overtime) for officers, with significant resources diverted from regular duties to manage the protests. Yet, for some reason, these exorbitant law enforcement costs are “on the house” when it comes to the Hamasholes? Why? It’s gross. And it makes for yet another outrageous double standard. And again, we ask: who is driving this?

What does exist is the powerful media and amplification ecosystem of Iranian monarchists, including Iran International, Manoto, and coordinated & often astroturfed social media activity, which can project the impression of broad national momentum. There is no objective way to measure the true scale, even as many will undoubtedly jump to conclusions. Yet tents sprang back up almost immediately, alongside familiar Antifa activists who’ve been involved in countless disruptions across the GTA. They’re now gathering under the banner of a “sacred fire,” which they treat as a license to forbid anyone from recording their renewed occupation of the park. Private security appears to take cues from these activists, warning independent media to stop filming “for [his own] safety.” In reality, the camera is our strongest defence against dishonest actors prone to violence, intimidation, and mischief. In this encounter alone, the video captured a woman deliberately kicking the scooter, blocking movement, and false allegations of pedophilia, and someone flicking a lit cigarette. Baloch masses from across Balochistan, under the banner of “Breaking Silence: Standing Against Enforced Disappearances,” are resisting state-sponsored crimes against them. In this effort, five peaceful protests have been organized in different regions of Balochistan. As part of this ongoing campaign, a peaceful protest was planned in Panjgur, where the administration and law enforcement agencies attempted to prevent people from participating. State authorities abducted a participant of protest and continue to monitor others involved in the protests. The lives of protesters are in grave danger, as they face the threat of enforced disappearances. After the protest in Panjgur, several protestors were followed and one the protestor Haseeb Baloch, a 22 years old graduate student from ARID university and a resident of Panjgur was enforcedly disappeared by Law enforcement Agencies. Previous protests were held in Karachi, Hub, Turbat, and Khuzdar, where the families of forcibly disappeared individuals registered their cases with the BYC. The BYC’s campaign against enforced disappearances, which is used as a systematic tool to escalate the Baloch genocide, continues. Use state power to say 'yes to this protest' but 'no to that protest' ... and then use state violence to physically stop all the illegal protests. This is what is known as a 'police state.' Do not be deceived by unassuming appearances. This Antifa-aligned husband-and-wife duo have been part of Toronto’s omnicause protest circuit for over a decade, often overseeing while others engage in disruptive behaviour under the guise of activism. Macdonald Scott and Lesley Wood were both Indigo 11 arrestees in 2023, with Scott pleading guilty to mischief and Wood’s charges withdrawn. They were both present at yesterday’s National Day of Action against Indigo at Bay and Bloor. The event, billed as a demonstration to inform the public about CEO Heather Reisman’s role in HESEG Foundation, escalated into harassment and intimidation of shoppers, pedestrians, and independent media. Scott serves on the board of directors for the Movement Media Hub and was a coordinator with the Movement Defence Committee, whose “legal observer” role is now filled by the Orange Hats. Wood is a professor at York University, with research interests in social movements and protests. This is a rare instance of interviewing protesters away from the demonstration, which is not our usual tactic. In July 2024, protesters demonstrated outside Toronto Police headquarters following reports that officers shot a young man during a mental health crisis. We filmed unobtrusively from a restaurant patio across the street. During the event, Gisela McKay (in a floppy hat) handed a defamatory sign and a sticker featuring my videographer’s face to associates wearing safety vests. The sticker links to a defamatory website. In a clear act of intimidation, they placed it on a column inside the patio. Identical stickers were posted outside my office earlier that month; surveillance captured violent extremist Josh Chernofsky placing them while accompanied by Gisela McKay. The same stickers have surfaced in cities across the country. This includes Toronto, Ottawa, Niagara Falls, Oakville, Mississauga, and Vancouver. Activists have even worn them on their chests and foreheads. Gisela McKay’s actions undermine any stated purpose of the protests she attends. Her relentless defamation has emboldened her comrades to treat violence as acceptable— spitting in my videographer’s face, exposing him by pulling down his pants, and committing countless other assaults. Meanwhile, Gisela McKay distances herself from the acts and lets others face the civil and criminal fallout. This is just part of one facet of a larger, coordinated campaign of harassment. 🚨#BreakingNews Thurston County judge blocks law allowing state commission to decertify elected sheriffs Judge Christine Schaller halted portions of Senate Bill 5974, signed by Gov. Bob Ferguson on April 1, one day before it was set to take effect. The measure would have required sheriffs and other law enforcement leaders to maintain certification with the Criminal Justice Training Commission, with decertification automatically creating a vacancy in elected office. 🟦 JUDGE CHRISTINE SCHALLER: "The statute allows an elected sheriff to have their peace officer certificate revoked by an administrative body based upon unconstitutional language. Such a revocation under the new law would result in a vacancy of the office of sheriff with the sheriff being removed. This also allows, again, an elected official, someone chosen by the voters, to be removed in the same way as an employee of theirs, another peace officer employee, could be removed. "And again, although a sheriff could seek judicial review, that would be after a decision was made by an administrative body and the vacancy and removal would be immediate. And the decision to revoke an elected official certificate would not be by someone in an elected and or public office, which is contrary to how removal of elected officials is treated by the constitution and, as far as the court is aware, for every other elected official in the state of Washington. " This process authorizes arbitrary and discriminatory enforcement. I find that the plaintiffs have a well-grounded fear of imminent invasion of their rights based upon what they have set forth in their statements and based upon my finding as it relates to number one, because the law is set to go into effect tomorrow. The state has properly argued that this is a law that was passed by the Washington State Legislature. The legislators are elected by the people of the State of Washington and it should be given its due weight. And I have done that. "I also have considered the interest of the public in the right to allow a free elective process as well. And the public has a significant interest in the right to a free elective process, the freedom to choose candidates, and the freedom for candidates to set forth that they want to run for political office. Hamas sympathizers proudly admitted to disrupting one of the busiest shopping days in Canada. On Boxing Day, a time when shoppers can find better prices on clothing and stores typically see higher sales, their activities were interrupted by these jihadists, even as Canada grapples with an economic crisis. On the other hand, the jihadists harassed and intimidated ordinary Canadians, while also harming the revenue of mall stores. All of this unfolded in front of Toronto Police officers. The police were aware of the protest in advance and could easily identify the individuals involved afterward to enforce the law, yet they chose not to act. We have passed two-tier policing. If this is not collusion with Hamas, then what is it?

We saw the individual with Molotov cocktails attacking protesters in protesting in support of the Israeli hostages in Boulder, Colorado or the individual who showed up posing as a police officer to shoot elected officials in Minnesota and all of that that we're talking about in these recent incidents are now packed pretty tightly together, where we're seeing one of these things unfold literally every two weeks at this point, so this is of really serious concern and it obviously goes across the political spectrum.”

Masked terrorist supporting thug gets in my face and tries to intimidate me, Ottawa Police officer threatens to "remove me" I am beyond frustrated at the blatant two-tier and selective policing going on in Ottaw. At the request of an OPS PLT I was filming the entire day from well outside the body of the protest. I am under no obligation to comply with that request, but I did it in the interest of improving relationships and attempting to move forward in good faith. The PLTs tried but they have no authority over the police managing of the protests. The officers involved in managing the protest are clearly under orders, not a single one would engage with me except the one who briefly threatened me. You will also hear the PLT officer confirming this video that this protest does not have a permit and none of them ever have permits. This is relevant because it means the police do have options to control or limit these and they are choosing not to use them. I'm at a loss as to what to do here. There is zero mainstream media coverage about these ongoing weekly protests, when I do try to cover it I get attacked by protesters and often threatened by police. I'm not going to stop what I'm doing. I won't be intimidated out of my own hometown streets. Something's got to give.
