I love this message. Not one time in his message did this coach cuss out the kids or degrade the kids. Just provided them with facts. In my opinion, the real ones just straight up, hate to lose MORE than they love to win. Think about that!!

Man i was literally just telling my son, who bout to be a freshman in HS that they bot built like we were. Told him I kicked someone off the field and then told him if he couldn't expect and meet the standard required dont come back out, when I was a senior. Losing not an option.

Amén!!! 🙏🏽 back on my ol’ days I was the Def Captn and just like you said: we weren’t the best players but we wanted to play and we had leaders! And we made them play as a team.

Once lost 12 straight close games at a college program, reached a point of hating everything. Eventually, developed new mind frame techniques and practices which still work to this day in life and business etc. Thank you for this message, Coach!
