Article 5 is pretty much powerless against a country like russia. If Lithuania activated article 5 it means we could send them bombs or we could send them blankets. It’s highly unlikely we would declare war on russia.

NATO is primarily a defense organization. If those weapons simply "accidentally" stray into NATO territory or airspace, it is impossible to activate Article 5: Even if "Russia really invades a NATO country, NATO will first quarrel internally and then decide to send troops ！😅
