'There is no justification for this! Violence is wrong, whatever the grievance, but if we really want to stop this chaos, we have to ask: why are so many people this angry in the first place?' Jacob Rees-Mogg wades in on the Ballymena riots.

Anger will continue to rise until somebody starts dealing with the cause. The politicians hear but they're not bloody listening.

Shut up you posh twat we are done with the Eton bum boys and Islington elites shitting on the working classes you did this so reap what you sow

For decades government whether Labour or Conservatives has ignored the wishes of the people. They continue to allow into the country people who rape stab and murder whilst bleeding the country dry on benefits. The police ignore the victims and protect the guilty and government pretends to be surprised when the people revolt.

Government is taking the public for fools, it's completely justified.

Er because two 14 year old girls got raped???

When lefties riot over BLM we’re supposed to pause, look at ourselves & get in a social tangle understanding reasons & causes. Ppl protest over mass immigration forcing unwanted social change, they’re condemned as racist bigots, arsonists& violent thugs See the problem?

Unfortunately the establishment only listens to violence. The British have had enough

I like you, Jacob, but even Martin Luther King said if everything else fails, then the only option is to riot

The namby pamby tip toes are over in Ireland! The quick go-to is far-right racist and all the other bs to beat recent people into silence and submission All because those who push it are greedy profiteers and don't want yo end their easy money trafficking.

I think you're going to see that over the coming summer a lot of this - perhaps if when young girls are raped the authorities shouldn't call angry communities racists for a start and actually start policing those the criminals that they give free reign to.
