The EU remains fully engaged with global partners and the broader international community to advance the implementation of the Gaza Peace Plan. Peace, security, and dignity for both Israelis and Palestinians require political courage, sustained engagement, and collective responsibility. Our guiding framework remains UN Security Council Resolution 2803. Early recovery and reconstruction in Gaza can only be sustainable if anchored in a credible political horizon-the Two-State solution. Without that horizon, reconstruction will not deliver lasting stability.
