In my opinion the vaccines work three ways. 1st. They slow down the immune system for diseases that we already know about, like cancer, AIDS, etc making them spread faster. 2nd. They slow down the reproductive organs like sperm count. 3rd. It causes muscle Automaticity to fail.

I am very anti-Bill Gates and forced vaccines, but there is another way to interpret it. In poorer countries with high mortality for children, mothers have many children. If they aren’t going to die from the diseases then women don’t have as many children.
