@waynegoldcoach Wise words. They are all kids playing football with friends. Some have aspirations of becoming footballers which should be encouraged but ultimately they are kids.

@waynegoldcoach More kids should be specializing in their sport if they want to get better. Too many kids that i work with spend little to no time working on their craft, and they easily fall behind the competition. It only gets more difficult as they age, and waiting to specialize won’t help.

@waynegoldcoach There is no linear development with kids; some have more capacities (innate) or physical advantages, but besides skills attitude is key!
