There is nothing as "Electronic Transmission" in Electoral Act - Senate President #electionresults2023

What is he saying?. When you snap the result sheet, you transfer/transmit. How do you transfer/transmit the results? By taking okada to INEC HQ and submit it ?

They say this guy has PhD? So if you snap a picture and upload (transmit) the data (pdf, jpeg) somewhere through an electronic device is that not electronic transmission? Interested to know his area of specialty.....

The Constitution said INEC shall transfer and mandated INEC to prescribe the mode of transfer. So INEC prescribed in its 2023 election guidelines that the mode of transfer shall be e-transmission to the iRev in real time. INEC must take responsibility for abandoning its rules. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm an INEC official in the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly elections, INEC didn't follow due process. In my Polling Unit, I accredited voters electronically which shows on the BVAS and at the end of the elections, results were recorded, snapped, and uploaded.
