If our government & opposition in INDIA is serious about Education & health why not pass a law this monsoon session of Parliament that kids of all netas will only study in government schools & colleges and their immediate family can only be treated at govt hospitals!! Article 136(2)(a) of the Constitution is explicit: a presidential election shall be held on the second Tuesday in August in every fifth year. The Constitution does not say after five years.
