If our government & opposition in INDIA is serious about Education & health why not pass a law this monsoon session of Parliament that kids of all netas will only study in government schools & colleges and their immediate family can only be treated at govt hospitals!! This is one stuctural solution apart from shri Dharmendra Pradhan ji's resignation.

I maintain that Kenya’s next General Election must be held in August 2026, not 2027. Article 136(2)(a) of the Constitution is explicit: a presidential election shall be held on the second Tuesday in August in every fifth year. The Constitution does not say after five years. It says in the fifth year. A term that runs beyond August 2026 spills into a sixth year, which the Constitution does not permit. Constitutional timelines are not elastic, and political convenience cannot override clear constitutional text. If we respect the supremacy of the Constitution, then elections must be held in August 2026.
