An Orange County Fire Authority spokesperson on Monday qualified an earlier update provided by officials, noting that although the threat of a massive explosion has been ruled out at GKN Aerospace in Garden Grove, the potential exists that a smaller blast could occur at the site of the chemical incident. While the risk of a worst-case scenario BLEVE, or Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion, has been "eliminated," according to OCFA Interim Chief TJ McGovern, an agency spokesperson said the remaining flammable material in the tank still has the potential to burn and ignite.

But this potential is only realized if AI is applied with purpose, strong values and people at the center.” Minister Paula Ingabire (Paula Ingabire), Minister of ICT & Innovation for Rwanda (Ministry of ICT and Innovation | Rwanda) Rwanda currently has only one healthcare worker per 1,000 people, far below the World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation of about four per 1,000. It would take 180 years for that gap to close at the current pace of progress. So, as part of the 4x4 reform initiative, Minister of Health Dr. Sabin Nsanzimana (Dr Sabin Nsanzimana) recently announced the launch of an AI-powered Health Intelligence Center in Kigali to help ensure limited health care resources are being used as wisely as possible. As part of the #Horizon1000 initiative, we aim to accelerate the adoption of AI tools across primary care clinics, within communities and in people’s homes. These AI tools will support health workers, not replace them. Read more:
