Trump was also made aware that tabulating the unusually high volume of mail-in ballots would take an extended period of time, as mail-in/absentee ballots in most states cannot be counted until after the polls close on election night. Trump exploited the situation by deception, in calling the baseball game after the 3rd inning, (while winning 6 to 4) claiming victory while he was ‘apparently’ in the lead, well before the disproportionate number of mail-in votes could be counted during the remaining 6 innings. Furthermore, Rudy Giuliani told Trump to falsely claim that he’d won on November 4, 2020. Steve Bannon revealed that Trump would claim victory, whether or not he’d actually won.

Not so fast. He said he thought it was over at 10 o'clock. That really doesn't say that he was planning to sell a lie. It just says he believed he won. He typically goes up to the line without crossing it, so I'm not sure this would unanimously convince a jury.
