A potentially hostile and provocative group, while fully masked and anonymous, is able to get into a public transportation system, which was obviously cleared before they got there, and the public is not allowed to enter this transportation system with them, as evidenced by the barrier system utilized by the bicycles. Yeah… I have questions.
