1 of the reasons we moved from Paulding in 2020. Property management companies especially Invitation homes were coming in & snatching up entire neighborhoods. Everyone in the neighborhood we lived in sold & bounced out. The county went to shit overall anyway. It got pretty bad.

Bunch of parasites. I get calls all the time about my house and if I want to sell it. I've already made a personal note that if I ever sell my place it's going to a first time buyer, even if it's less money.

And our politicians in the area won’t do a damn thing about it either until it’s too late.
