Carrick would love to overload the central areas and try and destabilise the backline, so if we're going M2M, it'll require a more robust midfield. I'd prefer a midfield of Cherki/Bouaddi, Anderson and O'Reilly over Cherki, Enzo and Anderson. However, I don't think Maresca replicates this at OT.

@11OnceSport Peps last 2 seasons showed how ass that midfield been OOP... Even now they're nowhere good enough to be winning CL/PL... Eventually post April it will have to be Bouaddi & Anderson in that midfield w one of Enzo/Cherki in the final 3rd actually learning the 10 role..
