There was a forced abduction in broad daylight yesterday in Nairobi!

My major problem people are just watching

Police arresting you without telling you the crime in so third world it’s pathetic . You need to tell the person why you’re arresting them.

So, a state officer couldn't give a reason why he's arresting a citizen, not even faking a reason?

Why are people watching?

Differentiating between forced abduction and resisting arrest is a tall order for many..

Next time Kenyans. Kill those idiots, they were going to kill him. At least he was released.

We need our police to be better, this does not only look unprofessional but it paints the worst picture about the force. No PR could help the situation.

My question is to @LawSocietyofKe . Why do the courts proceed with some of these cases (the guys arrested over online photos as an example) even though a person has been taken illegally? Doesnt that already put the state's case in jeopardy?
