In 2004, 79% of people who turned out to vote in the Anchor Baby Referendum, voted yes to limit Irish citizenship. Fast forward 20 years and the current Irish Government are not only ignoring the instruction of the Irish people, but they are knowingly going against their wishes. For all of those people who are endlessly quoting "democracy" - the Irish Government are disregarding the democratic instruction of the Irish people.

A Student from Afghanistan while speaking to a journalist from NewsCapital Gujarat says, 15 Muslim students were praying Namaz inside the Hostal premise in A-Block. Three persons came and asked them not to offer Namaz. After completing their prayers, When the students asked what's their problem with Namaz, The goons asked them to chant religious slogans and left, After sometime, They came back with with at least 200-250 people, pelted stones at them, they were carrying knife and sticks, They pelted stones, broke our bikes, laptops, phones, AC, sound system etc.. Many students are injured but 5-6 students are admitted in hospital, 2 from Africa, 1 from Bangladesh, 1 from Srilanka, 1 from Uzbekistan and 1 from Afghanistan". I think there are certain details about today’s protest in #Kolkata that people need to know. Apart from the 10% students/student activists participating in today’s march, remaining all were hooligans and a bunch of hoodlums who resorted to not just name calling of media persons, attacking & seriously injuring them, splashing water on cameras and media persons, touching media persons inappropriately and even snatching the mobile phone of one reporter. Several media persons were left bleeding and with serious injuries. Watch the video below to see how media was hounded.
