Always been a banger of a song this. 🔥 It’s not until we get older that we really start to understand & feel the lyrics to the songs of our childhoods. ❤️‍🔥

Takes me straight back to college. We took so much for granted in the 90s, didn’t we?

Hubo un tiempo, antes de internet, en el que se producían canciones eternas, irresistibles, inoxidables, como "Missing (Tod Terry remix)"; qué maravilla la interpretación de Tracey Thorn ❤️

For the people who remember life before the internet. A time when we did everything face-to-face. Was life better or worse?

Essay 21 THE MIDDLE CLASS There was once a time when people could aspire for a better future for their children than the one they had. People were in control of their own human capital and could use it to raise their station in life.

the internet is the most lucrative opportunity we've ever seen you can go from working a 9-5, to changing the trajectory of your life forever if you can utilize the internet to your advantage but most of the content and creators we're fed is completely useless slop and drama that is preventing you from reaching your goals this is how I view the internet, and how I was able to turn it into a full time career

I come from a time when even we Americans and westerners could humanize Nazi's in popular media. There was a time in America where you could understand this without being called a nazi. There was a time you could be proud of your people and nation without being compared to them. I remember that time. I'm not that old.

Drivers, please let me know why you choose this life, of sitting endlessly in traffic when you could get to your location in half the time on a bike? From a confused and time rich cyclist.

Country music is the fastest growing genre in America because it feels like a retreat to a world before smartphones, when times were calmer and life was simpler… long before the constant barrage of notifications and an Internet that was designed to hijack our attention.

She knows the algorithm and nowadays people have become so comfortable on social media that they don’t hesitate before sharing anything. > There was a time when videos like these were called MMS, and if they got leaked, they could completely ruin someone’s life. > But now, for the sake of fame and money, many people are creating such content because they know that some boys struggle to control themselves when they see this kind of content, and that vulnerability is being taken advantage of !!

If for only once in your life, no matter who you are and what music you think you like, attend on full orchestra and choir concert. And take someone you love. Look at them when the music grows. You will be changed. And so will they.

Jordan Peterson delivers a quiet gut-punch: “Don’t underestimate the hole your absence would leave. Each of us is a remarkable creature with something unique to offer — to the people we love and to the world. It’s our responsibility to make that manifest. We move a little farther away from paradise every time we don’t.” This is serious business. Your life isn’t just about you. Your presence, effort, and contribution create ripples that affect everyone around you — and the broader world. When was the last time you felt the weight of that responsibility? Or the last time someone’s absence left a hole you couldn’t fill? Your take 👇

yeonjung: to be honest, the reunion actually fell through once or twice before. even this time, everyone was kind of half-believing and half-doubting, wondering, "could it end up like that again this time?" but among ourselves, there was this unspoken understanding that if it fell through again this time, then it would really be over forever. we were like, "whether we like it or not, let's stick together and carry this through. let's make it happen." i think that's why it was able to come together in the end. chungha: when we come together as a group, we lose money. working individually is much... (better). yeonjung: honestly, we weren't preparing this from a financially comfortable situation. but because people knew we weren't making money from this, people like, "i'll just give up the money too and join anyway." there were so many people who helped us, and this was because of those people too. that's why this album is truly love.

I h@te it when my gender do this. Embracing your body doesn't mean showing it on the internet for everyone to see. You're trying to force everyone to accept and like your body by posting it on the internet because that's your biggest insecurity and when they don't, you say they h@te you.

Katt Williams claims Hollywood executives essentially worked Bernie Mac to death by forcing him to shoot through critical lung failure "What was Bernie Mac like? Was he a super guy?" "You never saw anybody like him just because there was not anybody like him. The things people pretend to do and talk themselves up to be, he was that already." "I went down to his show when he was taping and they were saying he was not feeling good. I left there feeling like they are murdering this dude." "He had a lung problem, and the doctors told him that he just had to take time away from the show and he could come back when he was okay. But his contract was to keep going, and they made him work right through it."

🥟: so many people have helped me. seungmin too, really, when i was having a hard time i asked a lot of him, i really relied on him. and the vocal coach that helped my voice is here as well. 🥟: i'd like to take this moment to say thank you so much. i really was close to giving up, but so many people helped me. during the fan sign event, they said they would love me even if i turn into a little mermaid. this is my first time receiving unconditional love from you. but i got strength from your love, and i will make sure to give you my love too. stray kids will go on forever. stay thank you so, so much. please keep staying with us. i love you
