My memories of this country were usually just from coming here on tour but the more I come, the more my memories seem to get nicer. Same with Paris, same with the UK and well, Spain too. Strangely. I felt like I had to go see it. Of course, taking photos there can be risky but I just really wanted to take photos at the Eiffel Tower. So after meeting Mingi and Jongho, I rushed there, saw it, and at exactly midnight it sparkles like this, you know? I saw that too. #JANHAE #JANIVERSE space #1 pt.2 - why she decided to get her styes removed ☹️💜 🦊: i went to the hospital; i was mentally ok at that time. when i went to the hospital and waited for the doctor. at first, i was going to go the same place [i normally go], but the doctor was fully booked there. so i switched to another hospital, but i had also been to this one too. there were a lot of people too, so i went back here and got a slot. i waited for the doctor 🦊: once i saw the doctor, they asked, “let me take a look at your eye.” they then checked by flipping my eyelid over and looking at it. they were like, “oh here! i see it here! there seems to be two [styes].” i was like, “right, doctor? i also saw two.” because i could see them at the edge of my eye, like there were swollen bumps. the doctor was like, “wow you’re so good! how did you see them? you flipped your eyelids and looked at them yourself?” then they continued checking for a while and showed me pictures. they said, “here! what i’m seeing is right here” which were actually inside my eye 🦊: everyone! people who have had a stye might know what that is, but people who have never had one before - it’s the inside of your eyelid. when you flip your upper eyelid, you’ll see something like pus there. and there were two spots. i was shocked at that time. i asked the doctor “so what should i do?” the doctor said there were two options. if i was afraid of needles, then take medicine. but if i wasn’t scared, then get it surgically removed 🦊: then in my mind, “i’ve never had procedures in this area. what should i do?” honestly, i wanted to get it over with. and [i also thought] how [serious] the prcoedure would be, because the last time i had one, the doctor just… i thought it was already the procedure. it was just pricking the oil glands, but that one got better and went down, right? so i thought it was something like that and would get better, like a little more than this. i didn’t think it was going to be serious. so i said i wasn’t afraid of needles, but i also asked how long it would take before getting better, in terms of the wound, or if i could wear makeup 🦊: they said, “well, i would want you to give it about a week before you wear makeup. on the inside, it might take around 2 weeks for the wound to get better. so cut back on wearing contact lenses for now.” i thought, “wow so long! but does that mean the procedure would be bigger than the one i did with pricking?” at that time, i still thought what they did was a surgery. so i was like, “the procedure was bigger than the one i did?” 🦊: so i started to think, “nope, i can’t do it,” and said, “then what if i take medicine instead, doctor?” the doctor said, “it might go down if you take medicine. but it might still come back up again. i don’t know when it might swell up again. if you take medicine, it might only temporarily suppress it.” so i opened up my work schedule. i didn’t dare to risk and let it swell up during don’t know when, everyone! do you get it? 🦊: after this, i still have more back-to-back work. and the doctor also recommended that it would be better to get it removed through procedures. so i decided, “ok, i’ll have the procedure.”

🐰 i still remember when we went overseas on tour, taehyun said that his body was sweltering after the concert so he was going to have a ice shower and brought a bunch of ice 🐿️😆😆😆 🐰 he was like “this is refreshing~” and had a lower body bath and the next day he looked like he was dying 🐿️ i got a body ache all over the next day 🐰 i saw him and thought “i shouldn’t have a ice bath”…but i don’t go into cold bath tubs either 🐿️ ah really? 🐰 yeah 🐿️ i like it a lot, it’s really cold but there is a little bit of a mental effect of going in there plus it was really hot so i went in and it was very electrifying in a good way…like i was getting healthier! so i was like “this feels great~” but then…i was like “what’s this? i’m definitely out of the ice but it’s still cold..” 🐰 it wasn’t you feeling like you were getting healthier 🐿️ it wasn’t me feeling like i was getting healthier, it was the virus in my body getting healthier

251027 The Days in Kanagawa #CHANYEOL : AHHH! There’s actually something I want to talk about. Everyone, can I say something? I think now’s a good timing. Something really interesting happened yesterday. Please listen! Yesterday, after I finished my schedules, I got hungry, so I went to the hitsumabushi restaurant I often go to. It’s a place I often go with Kyungsoo. The day before and yesterday, Kyungsoo had his concert in Tokyo, right? By the time I went there, it was already late, so it was just me, my manager, and maybe one more person.. only two or three of us. Kyungsoo didn’t come.. he was probably at the after-party. Then suddenly, three Korean ladies came in. They sat at a table about 3–5 meters away from me and started talking in Korean. I thought, “Ah, they’re Korean,” but suddenly I heard: “Oh, how was today’s concert? How was it?” They were talking about that. I thought maybe they’d gone to see the Oasis concert or something, but then I heard, “Kyungsoo was really amazing today,” and I was like: wait.. they are Kyungsoo fans! I was wearing a hat, and while I was eating, I couldn’t help but listen in to their conversation. They were saying things like, “Today was incredible!” and talking about their bags like, “Did you bring this? Did you pack that?”.. that kind of talk. They were eating and drinking beer, and suddenly they started talking about one of their children. One of them said, “When my child was in elementary school, she didn’t like that I was a fan of Kyungsoo, but once she got to middle school, she said it was okay.” When I heard that, I thought, “Wow… that’s actually really touching.” So I whispered to my manager in Korean, “This would be a great story to share at a concert.” Just then, one of them made eye contact with me. I said, “Good evening.” And she said, "hello" (in korean) and I replied, "Hello, please enjoy your meal" (in korean) Then she said, “Oh, you are also here today?” I said, “I actually have a concert tomorrow too”. She said, “Oh, I didn’t know! I'm sorry!” I said, “It’s okay, it’s okay.” That was the little incident that happened. It was a long story, but thanks for listening. It's amusing right? It feels like EXO-L and EXO are connected in many ways.

🦊 first of all, if i talk about that time.. i honestly couldn’t imagine that so many people would come but while i was getting my hair and makeup done, i heard from a staff that people were starting to gather at the store. so i was like “really?” then they showed me a photo and there were so many people. even during that time, the floor are was totally packed so i was like “what? this many people came?” at first i couldn’t believe it but by the time i arrived, there were really so many people 🦊 at first, i was like “even if people come, how many people could it really be?” i was honestly thinking like that. but there were really so many people that i was really shocked 🦊 the cheers were so loud. you know like when it’s that loud, you can’t even hear anything. there was a kind of ringing like “ting~” 🦊 so i was like “whoa” i keep going “whoa whoa” while greeting everyone. i came in like that 🦊 i was really surprised that time and it’s been a long time since i felt something like that

#SEONGHWA about the making of Skin 🩶 ⭐️: My solo song? When the idea of doing solo songs first came up.. there were opinions about how to do the songs and. I thought, I absolutely want Hongjoong to do it because he knows me best. And because I trust Hongjoong’s ability, even though we could have gotten something (produced) from outside, I thought that what would satisfy me the most would be the version of Skin that Hongjoong could make. So at first, Hongjoong asked me what kind of mood I wanted to go for and I said that among my nicknames, you know I have “poisonous snake” as one, right? So I wanted to take the keyword and go with the snake vibe. So when I said I wanted to go with the snake concept, Hongjoong thought about it for like 10 seconds right there and said, “Then let’s go with Skin for the title”. So, that was really great and I told him I liked that that idea, that it was nice. Then I actually sent him about six? ㅎㅎ reference links and said I wanted to go with that kind of mood (I referenced), so ㅎㅎ I really bugged Hongjoong a lot. He was a bit nervous too, he kept sending me updates on it, like, from the early guide stages. He sent messages/comments like, “For now the instrumental will probably be like this. It would be great if it hit hard here and for the chorus, if we go with a sexy vibe it would be awesome.” And when the full guide was first finished I listened to it and just clapped, because I liked it so much. Also, since it’s the first solo song I’m doing, having Hongjoong do it was great. And I really like it, so… it is going to be even better when the song is officially released. #성화

👤i thought that story was really cute…that you kissed each other to catch the flu 👤 this really feels like ‘divorce camp’ (*tv show); how did this come about? 🐰 it was probably right before the debut line up was decided, right? 🦊 yeah 🐰 it was the end of the year and it was a hard time for all the trainees…nobody could sleep or eat…and the flu was really going around at the time so a couple of people got to sit out of it…yeonjun hyung was one of them and i really wanted to sit out of it too because it means you can rest so as a joke, i rubbed against hyung and was like “hyung~ pass your flu onto me~” but the next day, i was shedding tears of blood because i was so sick 👤🤣 “shedding tears of blood” 🐰 it was the first time i got that sick, my body hurt so much, it felt like it would shatter….but the other members…something that made me feel really unfair was that if the other members were like “i feel like i caught the flu”, the dance teacher would be “okay okay, go home and rest” but starting from me, they started stopping us like “leave after you do this! finish this and then go!”…after the dance lesson, i looked like i was about to die so the dance teacher was like “this is not it, you should go home too” so on my way back to the dorm, i was sobbing like crazy because i was so sad like “why didn’t they let me sit it out 😭” because i was so sick…! 👤 so did it pass on to you when you were like “hyung, pass it onto me~” 🐰 probably..i wasn’t in contact with anyone else that got it and i was only like that with yeonjun hyung so i think it probably passed on then

🦊 i finished wrapping up first my solo recently and as words from people around me started influencing me, it really stressed me out and it really started swaying my identity as a person…i was really burnt out for 3 months 🦊 i used to be someone that told people everything when i was going through a hard time like “i’m going through a tough time right now” but i don’t know when it started, but i couldn’t get myself to tell people around me anymore 👤 i wonder why? was it out of consideration for them? 🦊 that could be why…and i also felt like i needed to learn how to overcome things myself 🦊 i didn’t say anything to anyone and was going through it myself…then i thought about namjoon hyung so i went to him and asked him a lot of questions and one of the things he said to me was that he hopes i face the things that make me uncomfortable 🦊 i had conflicts with soobin and we had awkward phases but i wanted to erase all of these things one by one and i feel like there were also a lot of things that i had been misunderstanding, coming to think of it now…so i went up to soobin first and said “hey, let’s go get a drink”

soobin about sasaengs (stalkers) 🐰 i thought that i should take about this someday later but it happened during my break this time and even when i went on a trip with my friend to sapporo last time…i don’t know how they find out, they probably buy my flight information…there are people who wait at the airport. this is not a schedule but me during my free time…moas already know how much i like going on international trips…it’s not just me going on a trip by myself, i always go with my friends so you waiting at the airport, taking videos and following us…when i’m alone, i can just ignore it but it’s really uncomfortable for my friends 🐰 the reason i barely came on dms during the break this time is also…i usually share what i’m doing in real time or share selfies in real time on dms but i felt like these people would follow me if i said what i was doing or if i sent a selfie so i couldn’t send any dms…i didn’t send them so i’m sorry to moas who missed me but i didn’t want my real-time information to be leaked so i didn’t send anything 🐰 even the local fans that i met…i told them that i was on a private trip so although it’s okay for them to take pictures and i can sign for them…i asked if they could post it a week later because i thought them uploading it right away would interfere with my trip…i explained this to them and took pictures and signed for them and while i was on the trip, nobody actually uploaded sightings of me and i was really grateful to the local fans for that…but although it wasn’t uploaded anywhere, there were people who came to the airport 🐰 i’m not one bit happy to see you and it’s very uncomfortable so i hope you don’t do things like this again

🐧 did i tell you guys this story? when i was younger, you know the sky bridge kinda thing at the playground, right? we were playing there and my older and younger sister crossed it really easily because they weren’t scared but i’m really scared of heights…i kinda have acrophobia so i said i couldn’t do it because i have a fear of heights 🐧 my mom and dad were there too so my dad said “you’re definitely not going home until you cross this bridge” 🐧 i said that i was really scared and that i couldn’t do it…that it was making me nauseous 🐧 it was at quite a height if you think about it from the pov of someone that’s young 🐧 the arched monkey bars were at a height so you had to climb them on by one but my dad was like “no way, you have to cross this.” so i climbed it one by one while crying and shaking 🐧 thankfully i did go home 🐧 we were there for nearly an hour 🐧 i was raised to be strong 🐧 they got rid of each of the things that used to scare me, one by one 🐧 i actually used to hate bugs but my grandma…🤣🤣🤣 told me to not be scared of them 🐧 i overcame all of it but heights are something i can’t do at all 🐧 how do i put this…that really feels like it’s life-threatening to me 🐧 that’s why i didn’t go on the ferris wheel with the other members in america and only went on the carousel

GYUVIN DREAMT ABOUT RICKY ON HIS BIRTHDAY😭 [ 🦌 “gyuvin’s favourite is clothes” this is ricky. i think it’s ricky. i think i’m right, it’s ricky. he probably thought, “uh what should i write…” and then just wrote “clothes.”OH TODAY I DREAMED ABOUT RICKY! no, like in the dream suddenly it was just the two of us together. somehow i suddenly went into ricky’s room and was like, “hey ricky, what are you doing?” and he was eating something. so i was like, “what are you eating? looks good,” and then he went, “oh qubing, what did you get for your birthday present?” and i said, “ah, i don’t know yet, i haven’t gotten it. why?” then he said, “oh really? come here for a sec,” so i followed him. and then, next to the shoe cabinet there was this cupboard, there normally isn’t one, but since it’s a dream it was there. he suddenly opened it and- there’s this black and white crossbody bag my dad had given me, he pulled out a handbag from that brand and went, “look at this.” so i said, “hey ricky! thanks! what is this~” but then he said, “this is what i got for my birthday,” and then he left. so i was like “what..?” he put it back in, closed it, and left. and then i woke up. seriously… so yeah, i dreamed of ricky today~ and since in saju ricky’s sign is the golden pig, i dreamed of a pig, which means it’s a really good dream.

the story of gyuvin losing $30 to some strange americans…😭 🦌🐶 i lost 42,000 won from some hyungs in new york… i flew all the way to new york to lose money. it was quite a special experience. thank you, it was really a unique experience, so listen up. 🦌🐶 i was walking around new york city when some rapper hyungs handed out some flyers. i said “oh, thank you,” and tried to walk past them, but one of them was like “let me sign for you” in that place. i was like… what? they’d be signing to me? suddenly, he took a pen out and started signing for me. 🦌🐶 he asked “what’s your name,” and i said “gyuvin. ah, just write kevin, actually.” then he was like, “i signed something for you, so we’re family now.” and i was like…huh? we’re suddenly family, and they were like “join our crew” and pulled out some kind of menu? 🦌🐶 the cheapest option was $300, so i was like, is this how americans go about things? what? but then i thought of it as some kind of donation and was like “let’s go for it, i guess” because they looked like they were struggling. $300 felt like too much though, so after going back and forth, we settled with $30. i donated… $30. let’s think of it positively and just say that i donated $30.

yonghwa complimented jihoon a lot and even gave him his ring 🥺🥹 oh jihoon you are so loved by everyone 🐶 when i went to the shoot, i went kind of lululala~ (carefree) it was my first time ever going to fnc.. 🐶 that day was pretty busy… i also had to go to a fansign so i had to be exactly on time 🐶 when i got off the elevator and started greeting the fnc staff like, “hello~ hello~,” from inside, yonghwa hyung immediately went, “did jihoon come~??” 🐶 i couldn’t just go empty handed, right? i’m his junior by like ten years, after all. so even though it wasn’t anything fancy, i bought some things and brought them 🐶 i went in, greeted cnblue sunbaenims, and gave them the gifts. hyungnims all really liked it, and yonghwa hyung really liked it too 🐶 honestly, for me, the feeling was more like, “thank you, hyung, for reaching out to me first,” but to hyungnims it was more like, “thank you for helping us even though you’re busy,” that honestly made me feel really good 🐶 since chances like doing a challenge with yonghwa hyung don’t come around very often, i went dressed up properly, and yonghwa hyung noticed right away 👤 wow, jihoon, you came wearing something seriously impressive 🐶 and when i looked, his outfit was also totally on point, perfectly styled. i was like, “hyung, yours is no joke either” 🐶 the atmosphere during the shoot was really good. all the hyungs were such great people, and they treated me so kindly 🐶 first we did one rehearsal. my eyes were kind of swollen that day, actually. after one rehearsal, one of the fnc staff said, “jihoon, if you could make the movements bigger, like really go all out, that would be great.” so i went all out. but when we looked at the rehearsal take, it felt like it might be too much 🐶 all the hyungs, everyone really liked it. they were like, “this is crazy good~” “this is it, this is it!” 🐶 haha with that vibe, i couldn’t bring myself to say, “can we try one more time?” i was short on time too, since i had to wrap everything up in about thirty minutes and move on to the next schedule. so i read the room and just went along with it like, “this looks good,” “i think it’s fine,” “okay, okay, good good, nice nice~” hahah we did one rehearsal and one take and that was it 🐶 after that, i greeted hyung, chatted briefly about how we’d been doing, but there was this really touching story 🐶 yonghwa hyung and everyone kept thanking me over and over but for me, he’s a sunbae and a hyung i genuinely like, and i wanted to do it anyway 🐶 from my perspective, this was an opportunity i don’t easily get. and with a song challenge like this, you can only ask someone if you really trust them. you can’t just ask anyone to sing, especially since the song is difficult. so the fact that they respected me enough to ask meant a lot. honestly, i was the one who felt grateful. and then hyung kept saying, “thank you so much, seriously” 🐶 yonghwa hyung was wearing a ring from the same brand as my leather jacket.. then yonghwa hyung took off the ring and said, “hoon-ah, you take this. take it” i was like, “oh hyung?? really, hyung?” and he said, “seriously, thank you so much, jihoon. take it, you keep it.” 🐶 i was honestly so moved. it’s not like it was cheap either. so i said, “oh hyung.. thank you, hyungnim” and i tried it on to see if it would fit. i was like, “even if it doesn’t fit, i’ll just force it on, haengnim. even if my blood circulation stops, i’ll still wear it, haengnim” 🐶 i received the ring, and hyung kept telling me, “jihoon-ah, seriously thank you for preparing so well,” “you did really well,” “you sang so well,” and he gave me so much praise 🐶 i don’t usually have that much confidence, so hearing that meant a lot. and then i said, “yes, haengnim, i’ll contact you, haengnim~” “this dongsaeng is heading out now, haengnim” and i went back to my schedule

jihoon talked about his germany trip 🥹 he visited the bauhaus in dessau, the meisterhäuser, bauhaus school building and student dorms, bauhaus museum, and the neue nationalgalerie 🐶 there’s a famous photo taken on the balconies of the student dorms.. the one where students gather and look down below. but as i was looking at that directly from underneath…woah, it’s seriously killing it. i looked straight up and because it was snowing so much, the sky was all white.. woah, this is modernism. everything is pure white and just.. it was very good 🐶 if you go to the bauhaus museum, there are things like marcel breuer chairs, wassily chairs.. there’s a lot of exhibition 🐶 since it’s in german, i’m looking at them one by one using papago. looking at just one thing took so much time, i was getting so drained but it was seriously amazing 🐶 looking at mies van der rohe’s chairs and things like that in person, hah… i want to buy them and take them if korea was a close country 🐶 if you go to the neue nationalgalerie, mies van der rohe did that, he built it. they recently did the saint laurent show there too 🐶 seeing things like that.. truly in the world, there really is a lot to learn. woah really, in the world there are many pretty and diverse things, and you see as much as you know. since you see as much as you know, i should read many books, and look things up a lot, i thought a lot of things like that so i have fun even if i go alone 🐶 it’s so much fun even if i go on a trip alone. people around me said who goes to germany in january? everyone was like why go to germany when you could go elsewhere in europe? but i found germany really fun? it was really really fun. so it depends on a person’s taste. wherever you go, off season or peak season, all that is meaningless actually, if you just have the will yourself. no matter what others say, if there is something i find fun, then i go and play, that’s how it is 🐶 you’re surprised because i know as much as a major? well, for me, if i like something, i look it up and dig into it really deeply, so i guess that’s why.. i know things i like well, but i don’t know things i don’t like very well. there are pros and cons 🐶 actually, even though you have to transfer to get to berlin and the flight.. and the language doesn’t work at all, if i have something i want to see, and there’s something i want to feel by going there, and i have that kind of will, i think a person can do anything 🐶 yeah right~ german art is really diverse, and kind of underrated? that’s right~ the fine art galleries are also really well done 🐶 when i went to berlin, other than going to galleries or things like that, i only bought clothes once. shopping.. i went just once in a vintage shop 🐶 and the galleries, really everyone has them done so so well, and germany is.. it’s good to go after knowing some historical things too. seeing those things in person, many thoughts came to mind
