Democrats were blowing the whistle in the early 2000s when Rep. Jerry Nadler straight up said that electronic voting machines were hackable. Why are they so quiet about it today? Because they know they can't win without fraudulent elections. He describes that secret instructions could disregard every 20th Democratic vote, or secretly add or subtract 10%, etc., to either candidate's tally without detection. Dominion voting machines aren't the only machines compromised, ES&S machines have the same issues and features. Dominion also has machines that are able to scan and mark ballots after the last time a voter touches their ballot. They can even change the settings to mimic a human to purposely not fill in the bubble neatly when selecting a candidate.
