If you gave a shit about the foster care system you would be more worried about 350,000 missing children & battling trafficking by people that are not their parents.

We let this happen and it has to be fixed before it can get better. Evil did this, and we have to pray Gods plan is at work and things get better. But we let evil in already, we now have to do some hard things to fix it.
