According to Trey Yingst, reporting for Fox News, the current U.S.-Iran deal framework on the table has U.S. forces staying in the Iranian local region for 30 days, while frozen Iranian assets and funds. Additionally, per the report, sanctions waivers would be granted to Iran as well. However, amidst reports of the two sides achieving convergence on key issues, the U.S. side has continued to push that enriched material being handed over and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz are two key points of contention that Iran has been willing to work on, but Iranian outlets continue to deny such claims.
