Anthony, litecoin is likely a better bitcoin. Litecoin exhibits, all the special properties of bitcoin with the exception of it having a known founder, who actually divested his coins, but continues to work on Litecoin. Furthermore, at a protocol level, Litecoin is faster has more precise block times and has capacity to scale for more users. And I believe it aligns more closely with the Bitcoin white paper now that Litecoin has a privacy chain embedded in it. And lastly, I think one of the biggest pieces that people are overlooking is that Dogecoin help litecoin with security through its fees and tail emissions and Dogecoin is probably one of the best meme coins of all time and it has the support of the richest, most influential businessman we’ve ever seen. As you were right early on telling people to get off zero it’s time for people to get off zero Litecoin. I think @Jason just started the tipping point for the discussion on Litecoin being a better Bitcoin and add a minimum a perfect compliment.

Bitcoin Nation provides an in-depth analysis of building a society on Bitcoin’s principles. It explores why Bitcoin maximalists believe there is no second best when it comes to digital currencies. Engage with new perspectives on how Bitcoin could fundamentally reshape our world.

@Jason True, that is why it should be the only holding in strategic reserve, not some memecoin or mesh that is centrally controlled.

@Jason It’s called XRP

Dear @Jason, There have been two big waves of attempts to compete with Bitcoin: 1. Bitcoin 2.0 Era (2011–2014) A Cambrian explosion of altcoins and forks based largely on Bitcoin’s core design. Ex: Namecoin, Litecoin, Ripple, Peercoin, DOGE, Ethereum. 2. Token Era (2016–2020) Tokens launched on Ethereum, alongside entirely new blockchains with architectures distinct from Bitcoin. many were variants on Ethereum’s design. Ex: Cosmos, Blockstack, Solana, Polkadot. Some of these networks have gained traction, but none have come close to competing with Bitcoin. Bitcoin is intentionally designed to have a stable, rules-based architecture. It’s not inevitable that Bitcoin will be replaced by new technology. Instead, Bitcoin is likely to gradually adopt innovations that enhance its performance and security, similar to how the Internet continually evolved rather than being replaced by a completely new network. Don’t bet against Bitcoin.

@Jason Arrogance to think that there will never be a better anything

@Jason As soon as someone says they can make a better Bitcoin, that means that one day, that new coin too will be replaced as technology improves. See ETH and SOL as an example. Bitcoin is the irreplaceable base layer.

@Jason What if I told you there's already something better lol . XRP

@Jason 😂

@Jason Never ever!

@Jason never listen to someone who uses the words like "never" or "100%", or i'm " certain of..",
