You’re a professional, still suppose to keep your composure .

Thats a fact

This is a dumbass take. Ref made a mistake, FVF then overreacted and made a fool of himself. If anyone acts like that at work there are repercussions. Simple.

Woke Gil?

Pay the refs more. Audit the refs. Have them answer things after the game. Ensure that the rule book clearly states which player has clear path and which one is the contact initiator. Fine the refs for mistakes. Give them replay assistance in their ear pieces.

He's doing too much on the reaction though ref should've left hook his ass

That would never ever work. Once you fine one referree they will all go on strike. Once they go on strike they will bring in backup referees. We saw how the backup referees situation played in with the NFL in 2012. Fining refs will only hurt the situation not help it at all.

The problem with these podcasts is…do they ever have a ref on there to talk about their job? Do refs run up and down the floor ripping the players for missing a shot? That would be a hell of a game if you ask me.

Then after that let’s penalise players missing open layups with a fine.

Fuck are you all talking about?! This is a professional league, not a summer league game. David Stern would have sat his ass down for multiple games and fined him the max allowed under the CBA.
