Even if Senator Sonny Trillanes IV meant well and would want to just express his belief that Senator risa hontiveros is best fit to be president, his actions may be counterproductive and I do not think it is helping Sen. Risa, and more importantly the greater opposition, in any way. Hindi kailangan magkaroon ng hindi kapani-paniwalang akusasyon laban sa mga ka-alyado para lamang iangat si Sen. Risa. Pero hindi doon natapos ang pagtutol. Habang nagsisimula ang questioning ni Atty. Amando Virgil Ligutan, kumontra ang defense counsel na si Atty. Lindon Miguel Bacquel, at iginiit na leading umano ang mga tanong ng prosecution. “May we know the purpose of the questioning of the prosecution?” tanong ni Bacquel. Diretso naman ang sagot ni Ligutan: “We're about to establish the ground to make this witness a hostile witness.” Nagkaroon ng back-and-forth ang dalawang kampo dahil gustong malaman ng defense kung bakit kailangan munang ideklarang hostile si Acosta.
