Where’s the detail? Read cl 3 of the proposed constitutional change. It says Parliament is in charge of the detail, so the detail can change over time. This referendum is not about detail. It’s about the principle. 3) the Parliament shall, subject to this Constitution, have power to make laws with respect to matters relating to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice, including its composition, functions, powers and procedures. #voteyes #voicetoparliament #voteyesaustralia
