I found Tory conference to be a place of delusion and where people thought things would go back to business as usual. I’d gently suggest that if Kemi Badenoch is being heckled at the 1922 party then respect for her and the Conservative brand is very low

Alfie Coleman from Essex paid £3,500 for ⁠a pistol and around 200 rounds of ammunition before being arrested by police in 2023. The former Tesco worker had listed colleagues and customers, the Mayor of London and a local mosque as potential targets. He was convicted on Thursday of preparing for terrorist acts after a retrial at the Old Bailey.
