Yes, we've had a lot of blown leads and early exits from the playoffs, and unless the following happens, we should expect it to continue: 1) MLF, if not fired, must at the very least must have playcalling duties removed. He is incapable of holding leads and is obsessed with gimmicks and "spreading it around" rather than featuring his best players. On top of that, it distracts him from his other duties, and leads to wasted timeouts and terrible clock management, costing games. 2) Rich must be fired immediately, and the culture of the team must change to where starters play special teams. This "develop guys on special teams" has lead to too many collapses and errors. 3) Roster holes must become a priority by Gute if he isn't fired(preferable) in the offseason. Nixon and Valentine are one of, if not the, worst tandems in the league. Inexcusable to go into a season with them as #1 and #2, especially Nixon. 4) The following players should be cut/traded/let go in free agency: Nixon Doubs McManus Gary Nixon Nixon Nixon(but I repeat myself) Even with all of this, it's an uphill battle. But not doing these things just shows how unserious, lazy, and cowardly the franchise has become.

Gordon was in for his first game coming off what was a season long injury. He rotated in the game getting into football shape. I like Golden but his rookie year was disappointing.
