This has been happening for years. If there is anything wrong on your car, you will know, must never stop because some random car is signaling.

Facts

About 2 years ago, I was given a brand new, like brand spanking new Discoveey Sport courtesy vehicle at JLR Sandton, after I had left my car for service. Just up the road along Rivonia, before Gautrain station, some people, 2 guys and a lady did the same pointing at tyres thing to me, but I ignored them, I was really confident there was nothing wrong with the car and in any case I was going to Da Vinci quite close by. When I got to Da Vinci, I checked the car and all was well. It was after months that I heard of the trick that I realised how close I was to being jacked. This scam is old, but I see they are now varying it

Not new though…few companies here in MP have lost vehicles by stopping to investigate what are the other vehicles pointing at…..

That’s how they hijacked our truck at work. First car showed our driver something, our driver ignored him. A 2nd car came and showed him the same, and he ignored it as well. A 3rd car did the same and our driver thought something’s definitely wrong so he stopped. Big mistake!

This has been happening long ago, even when u parked the point at ur tires so u can go out and they rob you , Don’t fall for that,rather drive slowly to a safe place and check ,lights or tires or something,new cars anyway will let u know if there is an issue

Ignore everything and everyone around you keep doors locked and windows a small mm down so if they attempt to smash window it bounces slightly..keep that gap between you and the car in front to be able to pull out quickly..I hate when people are right close to your rear bumper.🙄
