Deuce Vaughn made defenders look absolutely SILLY in his preseason debut 😳 Vaughn ended the night with 50 rushing yards and a TD on 8 carries. And also caught all three of his targets for a net of 6 yards in the passing game. Vaughn’s “shiftiness” was reportedly viewed as an elite trait of his by many NFL scouts coming into the NFL Draft. Shedeur Sanders isn’t running a 40 at the #NFLCombine —so as a former NFL Scout, I did the next best thing —I timed him running 40 yards during a game two years ago to see how fast he is. I got 5.37 seconds. I timed him with a stopwatch from his first step at the 50 until he reached the 10. What time did you get? I had to go back two years because Sanders only has one run in his 4 year college career over 40 yards on his ESPN stats page —and it was in this game when he played for FCS Jackson State vs. Southern in 2022. The record for the slowest time at the NFL Combine for a quarterback according to the USA Today is 5.37 by Ryan Mallet.

This has to go down as the craziest thing you’ll ever see in your life 😅😭 Got Sabonis under 14.5 rebounds two minutes before he was about to be subbed out, when he had 11 rebounds. This was a massive error line on Underdog — they had his rotation wrong. He then goes in for a layup, gets four rebounds on the same play, and then sits out for the rest of the game… Can’t make this stuff up. 😅

Another family reunited in Chicago. Ice kidnapped this father while he was on his way to work. He was in a detention center for over 3 months. Clean record and no prior offenses. Just a hard working man trying to provide for his wife and kids. I had the opportunity to drive him home and experience this moment. No family should be separated. We have to keep showing up for our immigrant brothers and sisters.
