This isn't California where police chases last for 6 hrs because the police don't want to hurt the felon's feelings. This was handled correctly. No one else got hurt, and the chase ended. If this kept going and a child was hurt, you'd blame the police for not stopping it.

The was the best way to stop a motorcyclist. He's walking away from that. Bike barely damaged. Beautiful work on the police officer. Props to the truck drivers who did their best to block the biker.

Should have just taken his license plate number down. Got his address showed up at his house and arrested him.
