Been in the First Responder field for 26 years... The training these security companies provide is lack luster.. The Security Guard Act makes it so they don't have to provide much! From the sounds of it he called in about the fight, and things snowballed from there.. The video is horrific to watch.

@harmankandola @jarrettcam to tell you the truth. i'm a retired postie. i had to deliver mail in that area. there are some scary apartments in that area even during the day the apartments between 106 ave and 107ave should be condemned but some landlord is making money

The number of injured in Kyiv is growing. Currently, there are 55 victims. More than 40 people have been taken to the city’s medical facilities. There is no exact information about fatalities yet, as rescue teams are still working at the scenes. In Solomianskyi district, in particular, rescuers are clearing the rubble of a residential building where an entire section collapsed. According to preliminary information from emergency services and the police, 14 people have been killed. Relief centers have been set up in Solomianskyi and Darnytskyi districts to help all those affected by the enemy’s massive attack on the capital.

Seven university students detained over the murder of a female Daystar University student in Ngara A 23-year-old Daystar University student, Lorna Kathambi Karani, died after falling (or being pushed) from the 11th/12th floor of an apartment building in Ngara, Nairobi, following a late-night party.
