Personally I think you should have went out and helped her, instead of publicly shaming her for millions to see. It’s clear she doesn’t know how to change a tire. Many people don’t. It seems silly to you because you’ve known how to for a long time. So help her.

She's smart. I do this all the time. Bicycle pumps work great for tires. People often stop with concern b/c they don't understand that this is a practical way to inflate tires. It is a bit of a workout, so having an electric pump to use when you're in a hurry is a good idea too.

I would presume that a low tyre pressure warning light has lit-up in the cockpit section. She’s pumping up the tyre (although it appears to be hard work for her 🤔) and then she’s checking to see if the warning light is still on. It may explain why she returns to the cockpit to check.
