It's bugged currently, 4 stacks for 1 crit. That will get fixed, sure, but sit tech for building reck stacks is a well known Classic maneuver.

We've been doing this since Vanilla btw, new tech from 2005, and it is nerfed already with an ICD in forever.

Wasn’t this an issue back in vanilla. Funding a way to make your character get crit often to fos this. Pretty sure it was.
